Kingdom Culture Exchange is a leadership network that first and foremost is a spiritual family. Organic relationships are facilitated and protected by organizational structure, which serves to enhance relationships and increase Kingdom fruit that is a result of collaborating together to advance the Kingdom of God. Basically, we have a few elements of structure that provides stability to what God is doing in our relationships and ministry together.

We have annual leadership conferences otherwise known as Kingdom Culture 2022, etc. This public gathering is designed for mature 5-fold ministers to minister to other leaders through the Word, spiritual ministry and strong impartation. (Of course, time is allowed for fellowship and relationship building too.) We also have an annual leadership retreat which is a much smaller gathering that is exclusive to members of KCE and other close minister friends. This is designed for relationship building, vision casting, Kingdom dialogue and intimate ministry through prayer, prophecy, healing/deliverance, etc. Both types of meetings are very critical for the ongoing development of leaders, not only to make them more effective leaders, but to enhance their lives through healthy relationships.

We also have monthly online video meetings that are a combination of the 2 types of annual gatherings we have. They are led by a couple mature leaders in KCE who share on pertinent ministry topics, followed by dialogue and sometimes prayer and/or ministry as the Spirit leads.

Bo Salisbury is the overseer of KCE but he is not the only mature leader. There is also a board of apostolic/prophetic mature leaders who collaborate as a team on behalf of what is best for the leaders of KCE. In fact, there are times in which certain leaders have specific grace and ministry experience that qualifies them to minister to a particular leader more effectively than other leaders and therefore we defer to that particular leader to take the lead while the others support their efforts through prayer and counsel. Leadership within KCE functions more by grace and assignment than by positions or titles. That’s the organic side of leadership. The organizational side places ultimate responsibility on the shoulders of Bo, who leans on the counsel of other mature leaders. Why? “There’s wisdom in the multitude of counsellors.”
